Mr. Gabriel Nii Ankrah, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Hospital, told the GNA that the hospital would with effect from this year, render similar free services to other communities in the metropolis as part of its public service to the people. He said a total of 15 doctors, 15 nurses, three pharmacists and five laboratory technicians attended to the people in the community. Mr. Ankrah said the hospital screened about 500 people at the end of the day, adding that, free medication was given to some individuals. He expressed gratitude about the response of the people to the exercise, which he said was very encouraging, and commended the medical term for the commitment.
