Member of Parliament for the Okere Constituency Dan Kwaku Botwe, has pledged massive support for Dreams FC as they prepare for their debut campaign in the league.
The Kweiman side who have adopted Dawu as their home grounds will re-commission the stadium with a friendly with Hearts of Oak.
Ahead of the fixture, Dan Botwe has endorsed the decision of Dreams FC to use Dawu as he is elated with Premiership football returning to Dawu.
“We all say it with nostalgia when we used to have Dawu Football Club,” he told Joy Sports
“For that matter my home area was popular.”
“But now for some years we have not had the privilege of watching football directly in my constituency.”
“So I’m very happy and very excited and I can assure all of my people are very excited that through Dreams we are going to watch live football matches involving all football teams in Ghana,” Botwe added.
“So we wish you well, it is also our team once you are using our home grounds and I can assure we will give Dreams all the support.”
Dreams will play their first home league game against Bechem United.
