The Serbian national team touched down at the OR Tambo International Airport bringing to 26 the number of teams already in South Africa for the tournament.
The Serbians moved directly from the airport to Sunnyside Park Hotel in Park Town, Johannesburg, where they will be based.
Serbia will kick-off their Fifa World Cup campaign against Ghana on 13 June at Loftus Versfeld in Tshwane before they face Germany and Australia in Group D.
Last Wednesday, Serbia was held to a goalless draw by Poland in their preparatory match for the tournament.
Germany, Ghana, New Zealand, Algeria and Slovenia arrived on Monday.
