Ghana rested star midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah in their second training session as a precaution after their main creative man picked a knock in training on Monday.
The Udinese man on whose shoulders a lot of Ghanaian hopes rest watched the rest of the team train in Pretoria behind closed doors but Ghanaian officials insist it is nothing serious and that he should be available for the game against Serbia on Sunday.
Asamoah is likely to play behind the main striker Asamoah Gyan at the world cup and his influence is vital given his ability to lose defenders and pick out the perfect pass.
Sulley Muntari is not so certain though after returning to what has been his usual observatory role in the last week after training on Monday.
