Huawei Technologies Ghana, has introduced a range of smartphones known as the Y-Series built with a much-touted, extended battery capacity.
The smartphone range is designed to provide relief to Ghanaians who want their smartphones to last longer in times of load shedding and to enjoy the freedom of using selected apps for hours without worrying about their battery life.
The Y-Series range of smartphones which includes the Y625, Y6, Y520, Y5, and Y3C, boasts durability as well as stylish designs suitable for all users.
The Country Manager for Device Business at Huawei Technologies Ghana, Mr. Robin Sun, in an interview stated; “after researching and identifying consumer needs, the new series was designed to cater for the needs of the Ghanaian consumer”.
“The Y-Series devices come with 4100mAh battery can last the user a “whooping” 20 hours of non-stop voice calls, 12 hours of endless multimedia playback for total entertainment or 8 long hours of exciting non-stop web browsing,” he said.
“Indeed, Ghanaians are guaranteed an improved browsing experience with the new screen sizes ranging from 4 to 5 inch screens. With the increased size of the screens they can fully enjoy their browsing experience for longer periods without having to continually strain their eyes. Replying to emails and text messages just got easier, more exciting and better,” Mr. Sun added.
The Y-Series also offers consumers the option of using two SIM cards. Specifically, the Y625, Y520, Y5, Y3C enable users to enjoy dual SIM services thereby allowing users to easily use two networks on the same phone thus making them more convenient to use.
Huawei Technologies, a global giant in smartphone manufacturing with this new range of Huawei Y series is set to enable Ghanaians to stay connected anywhere and everywhere whether it is for browsing, Social Media, playing games, taking good quality pictures and or for corporate use.
