JOY 99.7fm will from Monday introduce a new 10-part radio project to provide a learning platform for young corporate executives who seek to sharpen their managerial and leadership skills. The Project titled 10 Lessons, features Ten (10) leading CEOs in the country providing in-depth knowledge of how to handle difficult business moments. The CEOs take listeners step-by-step through various strategies and scenarios from which listeners can build upon their skill set and become better managers at the workplace.Benjamin Dabrah Barclays Bank MD Benjamin Dabrah will kick-start the project with an in depth analysis of how to revive a failing business. It would be recalled that Barclays Bank recently recovered from steep losses and a bout of poor performance in the banking scene. Super Morning Show Host Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah who is anchoring the project tells www.myjoyonline.com that; “ It is interesting to hear from these young CEOs who have been involved in tackling specific major challenges and understand the strategies with which they have overcome these challenges.” “Our objective is to afford our listeners an opportunity to learn some of the principles and lessons these business leaders have used and learnt in their work so far.
