Ebusua Dwarfs secure a return to the Premier League five years after dropping down to the Division One League after decisive final day 1-0 win over Medeama FC.
The result guaranteed that the Zone II leaders book their place when the 2010/2011 Glo Premier League kicks off.
Level on six points apiece, the tension had been stoked prior to kickoff at the Ohene Djan Stadium as a win either way could ensure promotion.
But it was Dwarfs, parading two former internationals, Emmanuel Osei Kuffour and Godwin Ablordey who managed to keep cool heads as they ensured that the Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast will host premiership games when the new season starts.
A spot kick tucked in by Francis Gyepi on the stroke of half time set the scene for a promotion party as it restored Dwarfs to the elite ranks once again.
Dwarfs now join Mighty Jets as the two sides to have booked their places in the premiership as teams in Zone I will battle for the last slot.
