Hearts of Oak have put South African import Shaun October and seven other on their second batch of transfer-listed players.
October, who joined from Santos FC, has been released on the Ghana Premier League foreign quota rule which bars clubs from using more than three foreigners in a match.
There were earlier reports October was on the verge of joining WAFA SC on loan but it looks like that has fallen through.
Striker Kwame Kizito, Issah Mumuni, Abraziz Abankwa, Emmanuel Odartey, Ishmeal Nortey, Kingsly Kisi and Ivorian Landry Bosson have been told they surplus to requirements.
This means Hearts have now cut ties with a total of 13 players in the off-season.
