The Sales Manager for Joy FM, David Max-Fugar has been awarded this year's CEO's Award for Sales Excellence.
The award the first of its kind was instituted this year for consistent excellent performance over a three-year period.
For his prize Max-Fugar goes on an all expenses paid trip to Dubai with his partner.
The award, intended to be given annually, aims to highlight the important role that the achievement of revenue plays in the growth of the company.
It is open to outstanding Sales Managers within the Multimedia Group who consistently lead their teams to exceed their revenue targets.
The criteria used in assessing individuals for this Award are basically consistent growth in revenue generation for three consecutive years and unparalleled leadership resulting in the assembling of a strong Sales team.
The Human Resource Manager of the Company, Mrs Jane Ohenewa Gyekye said, "Max has consistently led his team to grow the revenue of Joy by 48% over the past three (3) years. In 2009, Max led his team to achieve 104% of their target."
Max receives for his prize a full-expenses-paid trip to Dubai for two (2).
