Spanish Primera Liga side Sevilla have tabled a bid worth £5 million for would-be Ghana international Kevin-Prince Boateng, according to The Telegraph.
The Portsmouth midfielder is tipped to be heading for the Fratton Park exit with the club in the relegation dog fight and debt ridden.
Pompey have been permitted by the Premier League to sell players outside of the transfer window in order to relieve the club of some of the massive debt that they are currently in.
Boateng, recovering from an injury, can only be released after the club's FA Cup semi-final clash against Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley in a fortnight.
