The selection of the players was based on their total point build up in a number of championships from July 2006 to April 2007, their current performance in local and foreign competitions, consistency, and general physical and tactical competence.
The players, according to the information gathered by the GNA Sports are to participate fully in a weekly elimination championship for their rankings and towards the selection of the final set of four men and four women.
They are also expected to demonstrate high level of discipline during the residential camping period and to be in a competitive spirit.
The All Africa Games is scheduled for July 5th to 23.
Ghana last won a bronze medal in Table Tennis at the All Africa Games in Abuja, Nigeria last year.
