Sulley Muntari, back into the side after serving a suspension, put Ghana ahead after 21 minutes before Ibsevic levelled up in the 39th minute.
In the 63rd minute, Jarnic struck a low grounder that strangely beat youthful goalkeeper Daniel Agyei, who played in place of regular Richard Kingson.
