Dethroned Champions Asante Kotoko have released an initial seven-player transfer list.
The David Duncan-led technical team after a woeful campaign is in the stock taking process following the end of the 2014/15 Ghana season and has sanctioned the release of former captain Jordan Opoku among others.
The midfield talisman last played for the club in the semifinals of the FA Cup before leaving for trials in Egypt but refused to returnbafter failing to impress Wadi Degla. Opoku has since been away from the club.
Wingers Richard Mpong and Prince Baffoe have also been axed alongside the trio of Richard Oti, Latif Amadu and Akwasi Acheampong who only joined the club just this past season.
Highly rated centre-back David Smallboy Korbah completes the initial list of 7. Korbah joined the porcupine warriors as a very promising teenager from Heart of Lions during the days of former coach Maxwell Konadu but failed to cement a place in the team's starting lineup over the years due to recurring injuries.
