The winner of the replay between Crystal Palace and Aston Villa, who drew 2-2 at Selhurst Park, will travel to Reading or West Brom.
Portsmouth's reward for their victory against rivals Southampton is a home tie against Birmingham City.
Fulham, who beat Notts County 4-0, will host the winner of the replay between Bolton and Tottenham Hotspur.
