Angolan police are reported to have assaulted a Ghanaian journalist, two days to the crucial quarter final duel between host Angola and Ghana.
Fiifi Awoonor Tackie was said to have been assaulted early Friday by a number of police officers and put behind bars.
It is not clear what provoked the assault.
Earlier in the week, a popular Ghanaian fan Obuor was said to have been beaten by some fans of Angola raising serious security concerns for the Ghanaian delegation in the host country.
Joy News correspondent Ridwane Ibrahim Asante reports Obuor suffered injuries to his ribs and genitals.
The Ghana Football Association has launched a formal complaint to Caf and are demanding further security for the players and supporters for the team.
