The Joy Sports team projects that the battle to survive relegation will go to the last day with club's statuses likely to be decided at the death.
The relegation scrap currently sees six teams in a fix.
They are Heart of Lions, Bechem United, New Edubiase, Liberty, Hearts of Oak and Olympics all in danger to dropping to the second tier of Ghana football.
But Joy Sports can project that Olympics and Bechem United are the most likely to join already-relegated BA United in Division One next season.
The two, by virtue of the complexity of their fixtures, are predicted to pick the least points as the league heads to the final strait.
Accra giants Hearts of Oak are expected to pick a minimum of nine points out of the remaining 12 to ensure their survival in the league.
The Phobians are tipped to win their remaining home games against Bechem United and Chelsea while winning away to either WAFA or Medeama. This will surely be enough to see the Phobians to preserve their Premiership status and they will live to die another day.
But their city rivals Olympics, who currently lie 14th on the table, have very difficult fixtures - Aduana and Heart of Lions at Dormaa and Kpando respectively. The Wonder Boys are likely to lose out on all six points.
While Aduana will need the point to continue their title charge, Heart of Lions will grab the points to ensure premiership football continues in Kpando. Considering Ashantigold’s pursuit of the league title also, Olympics are projected to pick a draw from that last round game against the Miners.
The Wonder club will be picking four points out of a possible 12.
Bechem United on the other hand travel down south twice to face Hearts in Accra and Inter Allies in Tema. These two trips are projected to be unfruitful for the Bechem side.
The Bechem side are yet to win away from home and this stat is likely to continue on their last trips to Accra. This will be their undoing come the close of the league.
A last day victory over BA United will still not be enough to see the Bechem side beat the drop.
New Edubiase must also tread cautiously as any slip up can see them easily take up Bechem’s place in relegation. They have tricky fixtures against Aduana and Hasaacas and must be treated with all seriousness.
The stage is set for an intriguing end to the league.
