Ghana's squad arrived in Angola today for the start of the 2010 African Cup of Nations.
The Black Stars touched down early Thursday in Luanda from their their pre-tournament base in Nelspruit, South Africa.
Twenty-two members of the playing body, technical team and support staff will later head to Cabinda, Ghana's group base.
Ghana arrived without aura that greeted the host nation, Angola but in confident mood.
Michael Essien, captain of the Black Stars will be the last member to arrive later this weekend.
The Black Stars captain took part in a full training session for club Chelsea on Wednesday as he prepares to report for international duty by joining up his colleagues in Angola before the start of the competition on Sunday.
Essien had been allowed to stay on Chelsea as he recuperated from a hamstring injury in a Champions League match against Apoel last month.
Ghana's opening Group B game is against Togo on Monday and it will be followed by the clash against Ivory Coast four days later before the final match with Burkina Faso.
