Government has expressed deep shock at news of the sudden demise of former Minister for Health, Major Courage Quashigah (Rtd) on Tuesday.
A statement signed by the Minister for Information, Zita Okaikoi said government wishes to convey its condolences on behalf of Ghanaians to the family of the former Minister.
“We are saddened by this disturbing news, coming just days after the country lost the Founder and Leader of the Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP).”
The statement recognized Major Quashigah’s contributions, both as a military officer and politician, to the development of the country.
