The New Year might bring some luck for some clubs in the Glo Premier League as the final matches before the turn of the year did little to change the table.
But before we hit 2010, luck seems to have finally smiled on early season struggling-Asante Kotoko.

Salifu Latif had put Liberty in front after 35 minutes. The result will heap the pressure on coach Sellas Tetteh who is still chasing a win after five matches since returning to club duties.
All Stars returned to winning ways as a brace by Nathaniel Asamoah helped them to a 2-1 win against Chelsea at the Wa Park.
Great Olympics posted a 2-0 win over New Edubiase United at the El-Wak Stadium to move out of the bottom three.
Eleven Wise earned the bragging rights as they won the Sekondi derby 4-1 against city-rivals Hasaacas at the Sekondi Stadium. The win lifts Wise above the drop zone.
