The former president of the Ghana Bar Association, Nii Osah Mills who was forced to resign the position over comments he made about the trial of Mr Tsatsu Tsikata is staging a comeback.
Mr Osah Mills is putting in a strong bid for the presidency of the association at this year’s Annual General Conference of the association which starts Sunday in Sunyani.
He was forced by the General Council of the GBA to surrender the position because he made definitive pronouncements on the trial of the former Ghana National Petroleum Corporation boss, Mr Tsikata which the council said he had no mandate to make.
But Mr Osah Mills is back vying for the top job of the association with two other contenders.
Mr Kwame Tetteh who acted following the resignation of Mr Osah Mills last is not contesting the elections.
