AshantiGold won on Saturday, giving the chasing pack more work to do in Sunday's Premier League games.
But stats-lovers wikll have eyes in the Brong Ahafo Region, where the Blues aim to break a strange record.
Berekum Chelsea are hosts to Sekondi Hasaacas in their seventh all-time league game at the Golden City Park.
Chelsea have won four while Hasaacas have two wins from the six games played between the sides. Hasaacas have lost in all their three outings in Berekum but the hosts have a hoodoo to break – they have neither been able to score in nor win a match day 13 home fixture since the 2008/09 season.
Meanwhile, Hasaacas have also conceded in all their six away games so far this season – 11 goals.
On Sunday, Heart of Lions and Aduana Stars who are on the heels of AshantiGold with 22 points each, will be on the road.
Aduana travel to Tarkwa to face Medeama while the captain Noah Martey-led Bechem United side welcome Lions.
Slowly recovering Asante Kotoko will be hoping to win their fans back after the past week’s disappointing Champions League exit with a win over Great Olympics.
Olympics are in some fine form coming into this encounter and will fancy causing an upset at the Baba Yara Stadium. Both sides come into the encounter separated by a point on the log. Kotoko lead with 19 points.
WAFA have been in mesmerising form at home and will host fellow Premier League returnees B.A United at their Sogakope Academy grounds on Sunday. B.A United lie in the relegation places - 15th on the log while WAFA are eight points further up at seventh position.
With last season’s home and away winning feat over Hearts of Oak, Wa All Stars are brimming with confidence of another scalp against their hosts at the Accra Stadium this new term. Hearts have been inconsistent in the FCPPL with their 14th placement on the log to show, but All Stars who are at eighth position, are only two points better. A win for the Phobians could lift them to mid-table.
New Edubiase United and Liberty Professionals will be engaged in a battle of the 12th and 13th placed teams at the Carl Reindorf Stadium in Dansoman.
