Lead sprinter, Vida Anim, fears Ghana could perform woefully at the World Athletics Championship because of unresolved conflicts at Athletics Association.
Vida Anim is unhappy about the poor organization on the part of the Athletics Association for Ghana’s participation in the IAAF World Championship in Berlin, Germany which comes off between August 15th and 23rd.
The athlete together with Seth Amo and Aziz Zakari have qualified to compete in the world championships but are yet to receive any concrete organizational schedule from the Ghana Athletics body for their participation.
According to her, all three of them are currently training on their own with some preparatory competitions in Germany and Belgium.
Vida who spoke to Joy Sports earlier says she is clueless about what is going on.
