Residents of Enchi in the Western North Region were left in shock after discovering the decomposing body of a woman in a sack by the roadside.
The body was found in an advanced state of decomposition, suggesting it had been abandoned for several days.
The gruesome discovery was made after residents noticed a foul stench emanating from the area. Upon closer inspection, they found the woman’s body, completely naked.
Her identity remains unknown, as there have been no reports of a missing person in the area, leading residents to suspect she was murdered elsewhere and dumped at the location.
Police at Enchi have been notified and have assessed the scene as part of ongoing investigations. The body has since been sent to the morgue for further examination.
