Ghanaian songstress Cina Soul has opened up about the kind of man she wishes to be in a relationship with.
In an interview with KMJ on Prime Morning, the singer, while responding to a question about whether she would accept a dating proposal from a fellow artist, given the kind of songs she writes and the lyrical content, which are love-related, said no.
She further added that she prefers to date or marry someone outside her field because she wants to hear about happenings in other industries.
“I feel like artiste to artiste is someway. It could work for some people but for me, I want someone with a different story. I want us to come back home and talk about things like, how was the hospital? Oh, how was court? How was the bank? Not every day okay the studio, we’ll all talk about the same thing. So is just want something different,” she explained.
But she noted that, although she would love that, the person should be fun and have the right vibe to complement hers.
When asked if it wouldn’t be boring, particularly with a doctor as a case study, she said it would be interesting for her to learn about the daily activities that occur at the hospital.
“I don’t think it will be boring. You’ll have so many stories. I think he’ll be like this person did this and then I save a life… I feel it will be very interesting.”
However, the ‘Ojorley’ hitmaker divulged that she is not ready and open for a relationship at the moment, as she is still focused on establishing her music career.
In the meantime, Cina Soul has released her debut album, titled Did I Lie, from which she has released two songs: ‘Larger Than Life,’ featuring Stonebwoy, and ‘Too Bad.’
