The former Deputy National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Chief Nixon Hamilton Biney, has announced the death of his partner, Lucie Ama Nyama Cofie.
Chief Biney announced the news with great sadness in a post on Facebook.
He recounted the memories they shared and the impact the late Lucie had on his life.
“Life takes us on different paths, but I’ll always appreciate the lessons we learn. I’ll cherish the memories we shared and the impact you had on my life.
“Your love, laughter, and memory will forever be in my heart. Rest in peace, Lucie Ama Nyama Cofie, my loving and forgiving partner,” he wrote.
Aged 45, Lucie left behind a daughter, Marie-Elizabeth Aba Badua Biney Nixon.
However, the funeral will take place on January 24, 2025, at the Lashibi Funeral Homes, where friends and sympathizers are invited to gather and celebrate her life.
