H.E. Quintin has been mandated by Her Excellency Kaja Kallas, the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, to represent the EU at this significant event.
The delegation aims to “reaffirm EU-Ghana partnership priorities on job creation, economic diversification, sustainability, and regional security.”
The minister will be accompanied by senior officials, including H.E. Mr. Irchad Razaaly, the EU Ambassador to Ghana, and H.E. Mrs. Carole van Eyll, Belgium’s Ambassador to Ghana, among others.
According to the release, “The inauguration ceremony is a significant moment for Ghana, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the country’s history.” The presence of such a high-level EU delegation demonstrates “commitment to Ghana as a partner on sustainable and inclusive development and regional security" the organization said in a statement.
