The year 2024 has seen a lot of song releases by Ghanaian artistes from various music genres.
These songs were able to appeal to audiences of different demographics through mediums such the internet, radio, television and events.
Joy FM's Showbiz A-Z, through its research team, has put together twenty (20) songs that did exceptionally well in the year.
Showbiz A-Z is Ghana's most authoritative entertainment talk show hosted by arts and culture journalist Kwame Dadzie on Joy 99.7FM every Saturday from 2pm to 6pm. The production team, led by Philip Nai, comprises Anita Teye, DJ Wobeti, Olivier Fangnon and Crispy Kay.
Criteria: Showbiz A-Z's research was based on the songs' numbers across digital platforms, the songs' visibility at events, the 'talkability' generated by the songs, radio/TV airplay, and overall influence.
