Virtual music band created by SYBS’ House, Vezsel Music, has made an exciting entrance into the music scene with their debut single, 'Asa Papa.'
The vibrant Afrobeat track marks the first release from their upcoming EP, “Joy in the Morning”.
As part of SYBS’ House, which seeks to equip teens and tweens with Christlike character, creative competence, and a sense of belonging for societal contribution, Vezsel Music hopes their music serves as a platform to inspire a generation.
'Asa Papa,' meaning 'Good Dance' in Twi, delivers a powerful message of gratitude and celebration, encouraging listeners to embrace joy and hope regardless of life’s challenges.
'Asa Papa' is a blend of vibrant Afrobeat rhythms with uplifting themes and soulful melodies, reflecting Vezsel Music’s mission to inspire joy, spread love, hope, and faith.
The band has members from different African countries and the diaspora, ranging from 8 - 17 years.
SYBS’ House was founded by Craftswoman and Consultant, Nana Afriyah Frimpong who aims to create a safe space for teenagers and pre-teens to freely express their faith and creativity.
'Asa Papa' is now streaming on all major platforms, offering audiences a taste of the transformative sound Vezsel Music aims to bring to the world.
