Under the patronage of the French Ambassador to Ghana, the highly anticipated 2024 Beaujolais Nouveau and the 10th Anniversary of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ghana (CCIFG) were celebrated in grand style.
The exclusive event, organised at the French Ambassador’s Residence, brought together business leaders and distinguished guests of sponsors for a night of fine wine, and camaraderie.
Sponsored by Imexco Ghana, TotalEnergies, Societe Generale, Orsam, Golden Exotics Limited, CFAO Ghana PLC, Africa Global Logistics, and supported by the CCIFG, the event was flawlessly managed by Sky Entertainment, ensuring a night to remember.
The evening began with an opening address by the French Ambassador to Ghana, Jules-Armand Aniambossou, who praised the enduring partnership between France and Ghana and acknowledged CCIFG’s pivotal role in fostering this collaboration.
This was followed by remarks from Sekou Coulibaly, Chairman of CCIFG's Board of Directors, who expressed gratitude to the sponsors, members, and stakeholders who have contributed to the chamber’s growth over the past decade.
A significant highlight of the evening was the introduction of Maxine Reindorf-Partey, CCIFG's newly elected Managing Director and the first Ghanaian to hold this position.
Ms. Reindorf-Partey, in her address, reaffirmed her commitment to advancing the chamber’s mission and strengthening ties between French and Ghanaian businesses.
She was then joined on stage by the French Ambassador, esteemed Board of Directors, sponsors of the 2024 Beaujolais Nouveau, past Managing Directors and staff of CCIFG, to cut the 10th Anniversary cake, symbolizing a decade of success and collaboration.
Guests indulged in a sumptuous spread of French delicacies, complemented by the rich, fruity flavours of Beaujolais Nouveau wine, imported exclusively for the occasion.
The festive atmosphere was marked by lively conversations, networking, and a shared appreciation for the deepening relationship between the two nations.
Notably, the Beaujolais Nouveau event, while coordinated by the chamber, remains fully controlled by its sponsors.
This exclusivity ensures that only guests from the sponsoring organisations gain access, making it one of the most anticipated and prestigious events on the Franco-Ghanaian social calendar.
As the evening drew to a close, the 2024 Beaujolais Nouveau and CCIFG’s 10th Anniversary celebration left an indelible mark on attendees, highlighting a decade of excellence, partnership, and progress.
