Absa Bank’s 'Change Your Story' campaign has come to an end, having rewarded various customers with GH¢800,000 since the campaign’s beginning in July 2024.
The final cheque presentation ceremony came off at the bank’s High Street branch, attended by Charles Addo, Retail Banking Director, and Nana Essilfuah Tamakloe, Director of Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
The “Change Your Story” campaign aimed to encourage the use of digital banking platforms by offering monthly cash prizes to customers who completed ten or more transactions with their Absa debit or credit cards.
Each month Absa Bank randomly selected five customers to win GH¢40,000. Absa Bank leveraged the National Lotteries Authority’s Caritas platform to ensure transparency and fairness.
The campaign enjoyed significant customer participation, which, according to Charles Addo, reflects a growing comfort and reliance on digital banking solutions.
“Our ‘Change Your Story’ campaign has highlighted how much our customers appreciate our digital banking options.
"Our goal is to provide exceptional services on any platform our customers use, whether online or in our branches, so they enjoy a convenient and seamless experience wherever they choose to transact.”
He went on to state that Absa Bank remains committed to providing innovative and convenient banking solutions to its customers.
