Following the declaration of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate John Dramani Mahama as the winner of the 2024 general election by the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC), Jean Mensa, supporters of the party have flooded the streets of Accra to celebrate his victory.
Joy News’ photojournalist, David Andoh, visited the NDC’s head office at Adabraka and Tiptoe Lane at Kwame Nkrumah Interchange in Accra, and captured these photos.
Most of the supporters are young people, dressed in party colours.
