Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara and Heart of Lions boss Bashir Hayford are among four coaches shortlisted for the Ghana Premier League Coach of the Month award for November.
The other two vying for the award alongside Ouattara and Hayford are Bechem United's Kwame Danso and Kassim Mingle Ocansey of Nations FC.
Leading Hearts' resurgence, Ouattara oversaw four games last month with the Phobians claiming three wins in the process. The Accra-based side suffered one draw as well, scoring five goals and conceding one.
Heart of Lions, just like Hearts, picked up three wins and one draw in four games, scoring five goals. The Kpando-based side kept a clean sheet in all of their games in that period under Hayford's guidance.
Bechem were also one of the unbeaten teams in the month of November as they picked up 10 points from 12 available. The Hunters won three of their games and drew the other.
They also scored six goals and shipped in three all under Kwaku Danso.
Kassim Mingle's side suffered one defeat in four games last month while also picking up three wins in the period. They managed six goals while conceding only once.
The winner is expected to receive a 43-inch television.
