Stanbic Bank Ghana has facilitated the participation of nine Ghanaian businesses at the prestigious 2024 China International Import Expo (CIIE) held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10.
The businesses, had the opportunity to participate in matchmaking sessions, connecting them with potential Chinese partners and buyers.
Speaking on the significance of the participation of Ghanaian businesses in the expo, the Head of Africa-China Trade Banking at Stanbic Bank, Aurelia Baaba Ofori Odame said the partnership between Ghana and China has been a catalyst for economic growth.
She said, “Stanbic Bank, through its Africa-China Trade Banking division, is dedicated to unlocking opportunities for Ghanaian businesses in the vast Chinese market.
