ADB’s Managing Director, Alhassan Yakubu-Tali, has reaffirmed the Agricultural Development Bank’s commitment to enhancing customer value and service experience across all channels.
Speaking at the ADB Customer Appreciation Dinner on Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Nim Avenue Hotel in Tamale, he praised the loyalty and trust of the Bank’s long-serving and top-performing customers, emphasising their vital role in the Bank’s success.
“Tonight, we honour your unwavering loyalty, your trust, and your enduring partnership, which have been the bedrock of our success over the years,” Alhaji Yakubu-Tali said, extending a warm welcome to over 200 attendees, including stakeholders from the Northern, North East, Upper East, Upper West, and Savannah regions.
He highlighted ADB’s commitment to being more than just a financial institution, describing the Bank as a true partner in the progress and aspirations of its customers.
“We are a partner in your progress, a supporter of your aspirations, and a trusted companion through every step of your journey,” he added, commending customers for their resilience and trust, especially during challenging times.
The Managing Director also reassured attendees of ADB’s dedication to delivering exceptional services and innovative solutions to meet their needs, pledging to ensure the Bank remains a trusted partner and the preferred choice for individuals and businesses.
“This evening is about appreciation, about saying thank you in a meaningful way, acknowledging the trust you place in us, and celebrating the shared success we have achieved together,” he remarked.
The dinner served as both a celebration of partnership and an opportunity to reflect on the shared journey between the Bank and its customers.
Alhaji Yakubu-Tali expressed optimism about future milestones, stating, “Your loyalty and trust inspire us to do more, to be better, and to ensure that ADB continues to provide exceptional banking experiences.”
Over the past two years, ADB has prioritised delivering an excellent service experience as part of its corporate strategy, earning several accolades, including five-star ratings in the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey Index Report and the 2024 Paa Grant Medal for Business Excellence.
In his closing remarks, Alhaji Yakubu-Tali emphasised the enduring strength of the Bank’s relationship with its customers, calling it a foundation for remarkable achievements in the years ahead.
