Renowned lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata has expressed his intention to vote for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, John Mahama, in the upcoming elections.
Tsatsu Tsikata pointed to Mahama’s achievements during his previous tenure, which he believes stand out compared to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration’s record over the last eight years.
"I'm voting for John Mahama," he said.
He made these comments in an interview on Accra-based GHOne TV.
According to Mr Tsikata, John Mahama’s accomplishments are a clear indication of his capacity to advance national development.
On the other hand, the legal luminary was emphatic that "the failures of this [NPP] government are clear."
Based on what was achieved during the last NDC administration, the lawyer indicated that "Mahama's performance is better than what we've seen over the past 4 years."
