Participants of the JoySports Invitational, McDan and Peeva Beverages, described the event held on Saturday, October 26, at the University of Ghana Stadium as “exciting and well put together.”
The tournament which was organized by JoySports with support from sponsors including the Minerals Commission, McDan Group, The Luckiest, Skechers, Emigoh Ghana, Peeva Beverages, and Caveman Watches, made a return after a four-year hiatus involving 29 companies across 15 sporting disciplines.
McDan Group who emerged winners of the Men’s Volleyball told JoySports: “The games were very exciting and refreshing,” their Chief financial Officer, Nii Klotei Korley said.
“The kind of people we met around, socializing. That was the day I learnt how to play Chess and I am taking the studies very seriously. Thanks to Multimedia.”
Brands and Marketing Manager for Peeva Beverages Courage Kpodo also added: “It was an amazing well put together event and for us as an industry.
“It was an opportunity for us partake in that. It gives us the leverage to advertise and put our brand out there. The part I enjoyed most was the 100m. Our people did very well.”
