Banbo Insurance Brokers, in partnership with FITA Autotech and sponsored by Imperial General Assurance, has introduced its “360 Auto-Health” campaign, aimed at enhancing road safety and vehicle health for drivers across Ghana.
The initiative, launched just ahead of the festive season, offers complimentary services like car washes, auto diagnostics, and health screenings to educate vehicle owners on the importance of regular maintenance and having appropriate motor insurance.
Over 300 car owners will benefit from free car washes across three select washing bays, with the initiative further providing free diagnostic checks courtesy of FITA Autotech.
These services aim to reinforce the relationship between motor insurance and routine auto servicing, addressing safety concerns tied to poorly maintained vehicles.
Edith Lawson-Atenga, CEO of Banbo Insurance Brokers, highlighted the urgent need for the campaign, noting, “The first half of this year recorded over 14,000 road accidents, many linked to faulty vehicles. With the festive season approaching, our commitment goes beyond insurance coverage; we’re here to actively reduce risks on the road.”
Banbo’s 360 Auto-Health campaign is part of a broader mission to foster proactive risk management and road safety awareness.
By providing on-site insurance information and sales with Imperial General Assurance, Banbo engages communities to build trust, deepen knowledge on vehicle protection, and stress the role of preventive health checks.
In addition to traditional insurance services, Banbo’s approach focuses on empowering clients with tools for informed decision-making, contributing to the broader goal of long-term risk management and asset protection.
