Dreams FC are still in search of their first Ghana Premier League win in the 2024/25 season after eight games.
Karim Zito's men travel to Wenchi this weekend to face newly promoted side Young Apostles on matchday eight.
After seven games, the two teams sit 16th and 17th, respectively, on the league table, with just two teams keeping Apostles above Dreams.
The newly promoted side have secured six points from 21 available so far and are looking to build on that against the Believers on Sunday, October 27.
Young Apostles have had a struggling start to their top-flight promotion. They have just won one of their seven games, lost three, and drawn the other three. Their only win came against Aduana FC last month at home. They will be counting on their fans for another victory as they host Dreams.
Defensively, Young Apostles have not been a walkover as they have managed three clean sheets while conceding eight goals. Their attacking lines haven't been sharp this campaign with just five goals to their name.
For Dreams, four draws and three defeats mean they have enjoyed one of their poor starts to the league since they were promoted into the Premier League.
They have only managed one point on the road this season which makes their trip to Wenchi a tricky one. Zito is confident about turning things around but their lack of effectiveness in front of goal has not helped.
Dreams have scored just two goals all season after seven games played, both coming in the 2-2 draw with Heart of Lions last month. Just like Young Apostles, they also have three clean sheets.
A win for either of the sides could see them move out of the relegation zone which will mean Young Apostles picking up nine points while a win for Dreams will mean seven points.
