Former President John Mahama will officially launch the fourth phase of his campaign in the Greater Accra Region today, engaging with various communities as he seeks to rally support ahead of the upcoming elections.
The campaign kick-off will begin with a community engagement session at Old Ningo in the Ningo Prampram constituency, where Mr Mahama will listen to the concerns of residents and share his vision for the area.
Following the initial engagement, Mr Mahama will address a mini-campaign durbar in Prampram, where he will emphasise the importance of unity and collaboration within the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as they prepare for the elections.
As part of his campaign activities, Mahama will participate in a mini rally in Afienya, further solidifying his presence in the Ningo Prampram area.
He will then move to Gbetseli in the Kpone Katamanso constituency, where he will continue his community engagement efforts, addressing the needs of the residents and urging them to support the NDC in the upcoming elections.
The day’s activities will be concluded with Mr Mahama meeting stakeholders in the Tema industrial area, specifically in Community 9, where he discussed economic development and job creation.
He will also interact with traditional heads and religious leaders at a mosque in Community 7, highlighting his commitment to fostering peace and cooperation among different communities.
Mr Mahama will wrap up his day with a community engagement session in Tema New Town, reinforcing his message of hope and progress for the people of Greater Accra.
