The Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship & Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has announced that over 60 hospitals initiated by President Akufo-Addo’s government have been completed.
He made this known in a Facebook post on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, where he highlighted the administration’s progress in the health sector.
In his post, Mr Nkansah provided a detailed list of various hospital projects undertaken by the government, noting that the completion of these facilities is part of the administration’s broader commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure across the country.
He emphasised the significant strides made in regions that previously had limited access to quality medical services.
Mr Nkansah further underscored the importance of these developments, explaining that the government’s focus on expanding healthcare infrastructure was crucial in addressing both immediate and long-term needs in Ghana’s healthcare system.
He attributed the success of these projects to President Akufo-Addo’s dedication to providing modern and well-equipped hospitals.
"This is the list of over 200 hospital projects started by Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government and over 60 of them have been completed," he posted.
