As part of these activities, senior bank executives and staff are visiting selected branches to meet with long-standing customers.

These visits are intended to strengthen relationships and gather feedback for future service improvements.

Mr. Osei-Akoto Appiah, a customer at the East Legon Branch, received a gift during one such visit.

“It made me feel like a million bucks,” he said, adding that he remains committed to banking with Absa.

Absa Bank has also introduced health screenings at five branches—Circle, High Street, Haatso, and Darkuman.

In addition, the bank has arranged for exclusive dinners and Focus Group Discussions with senior management for select customers, to obtain their feedback and appreciate their loyalty.

The initiative forms part of Absa’s broader efforts to improve customer experience and ensure client satisfaction throughout its operations.
