The Graduate Students Association of Ghana (GRASAG), National Secretariat, in partnership with Parliamentary Network Africa (PNAfrica), is pleased to announce the selection of the first cohort for the GRASAG PNAFRICA Parliamentary Fellowship Programme.
This initiative aims to build the capacity of postgraduate students in parliamentary research and related activities, equipping them with essential skills to contribute effectively to the legislative process.
In a joint press statement released by GRASAG and PNAfrica, both organizations highlighted their commitment to nurturing a new generation of leaders who are well-prepared to engage with parliamentary activities and drive national development.
After a thorough selection process assessing applicants' academic achievements, leadership qualities, interest in parliamentary work and dedication to public service, the following individuals have been chosen as the inaugural fellows:

The 8-week fellowship will immerse participants in various activities designed to provide practical experience and insights into parliamentary operations. These activities include:
- Workshops focused on legislative processes and policy-making
- Mentorship sessions with seasoned parliamentarians
- Participation in live parliamentary debates
- Community outreach projects
- Research initiatives related to national development
The selected fellows have demonstrated outstanding commitment to parliamentary work, leadership, and a passion for public service. This fellowship will provide them with invaluable experience and mentorship, enabling them to engage meaningfully in policy discussions that affect their communities and the nation.
