The 19-year-old scored one and set up another in the 4-0 home win in the Belgian top flight.
Bonsu Baah was handed his fourth start of the 2024/25 league season in the game and made sure he took advantage of it.
Tolu Arokodare opened the scoring for Genk 23 minutes into the encounter to give them a 1-0 lead at the break.
Bonsu struck immediately after the return from haltime latching onto a pass from Konstantinos Karetsas to double the lead.

The goal was his first of the new season having failed to score in any of his previous seven league games.
Genk scored again through Patrik Hrosovsky to make it 3-0 before Bonsu Baah set up Hyum-gyu Oh to wrap up the victory on the night.
The Ghanaian will be hoping he can add to his two goal involvements in subsequent games as the season progresses.
