Ghana Premier League newcomers, Basake Holy Stars, were held to a goalless draw by Dreams FC on Sunday at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Stadium in Ayinasi.
The Takoradi-based side was looking to make it two wins out of two after their impressive away victory against 20-time champions Hearts of Oak on matchday one.
However, they were halted by the "Still Believe" boys.
Despite failing to secure all three points at home, the result places Basake Holy Stars third on the Ghana Premier League table with four points after matchday two.
Meanwhile, Dreams FC are still searching for their first league win of the season.
After drawing at home against the champions, Samartex, Karim Zito's men once again struggled in front of goal, resulting in another goalless game against the newly promoted side.
This outcome leaves Dreams FC in ninth place on the league table with two points.
Basake Holy Stars will travel to face Gold Stars, while Dreams FC will host Accra Lions at the Accra Sports Stadium on matchday three.
