It was a reflective moment at the forecourt of Luv FM and Nhyira FM when the management and staff of the Kumasi Unit of The Multimedia Group joined to celebrate the dedicated service of one of the company’s longest-serving members.
Isaac Antwi, known popularly in the working spheres as “Gede”, served the group for twenty-five years, completing his peerless service as the Relationships Manager for both Luv FM and Nhyira FM.
Mr. Antwi joined the Kumasi business unit of the media organisation in its early stages – two years after the establishment of the two radio stations.
The team held a send-off ceremony to celebrate his incredible loyalty and proactive service.
Reflecting on his journey thus far at the company, Mr. Antwi recounted his moments as a young man with aspirations and zest to leave an indelible mark.
“Today is a bittersweet moment for me as I stand before you after an incredible journey of 25 years with the Multimedia Group Limited.
“It feels like just yesterday that I walked into the Amakom roundabout office as a rookie, brimming with hope and ambition, eager to make a mark. As I prepare to embark on a new chapter, I find myself reflecting on the remarkable experiences and relationships that have defined my career here,” he said.
He expressed his profound gratitude to the management and staff for their unwavering support, especially to his team of sales executives whose tireless effort saw the company chalk remarkable strides.
Mr. Antwi further thanked the Group CEO, Kwasi Twum for his guidance and unflinching support to ensure he lived up to the core values of the company.
“I am profoundly grateful for your unwavering support and visionary leadership throughout my tenure at MGL. Your guidance has been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction and success. Your trust in my abilities and the opportunities you’ve provided have been pivotal in my growth,” he said.
