Berekum Chelsea and Karela United will battle for their first three points of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League at the Nana Agyeman Badu I Park on Sunday.
The hosts, Chelsea, aim to build on their previous performance after picking up a point away against newly-promoted side Vision FC in their season opener.
The outcome leaves Samuel Boadu’s side in 9th on the league table after week 1.
Karela United, meanwhile, are placed 17th after their opening-day defeat to Asante Kotoko.
Albert Amoah’s first-half strike secured the win for the Porcupines, leaving Karela to endure a home defeat in Nalerigu.
Though it’s still early in the season, the Northern-based side will seek to bounce back and avoid the risk of flirting with relegation, as was the case last season.
