The Black Stars have arrived in Kumasi from Accra to continue their preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
22 players including Fatawu Issahaku, Thomas Partey, Antoine Semenyo, and Brandon Thomas-Asante were spotted at the regional airport with Jordan Ayew expected the join the squad later.
The team is scheduled to train at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the evening ahead of the upcoming clash against Angola.
The playing body had held their first training session on Monday, September 2, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium, with ten players participating under the supervision of head coach Otto Addo and his technical team, who recently survived a car accident.
Ghana will face Angola on Thursday, September 5, before traveling to Berkane, Morocco, for their second Group F match against Niger on Monday, September 9, 2024.
