Ghana international Philomena Abakah has joined Serbian side, Red Star Belgrade, ahead of the new season.
Abakah joins the club on a two-year deal after her departure from Israeli side ASA Tel Aviv at the end of the 2023/24 season.
Abakah, who has been a regular feature in the Black Queens team, moves to Serbia looking to continue her European journey.

The deal was announced on Monday, August 26, with the player already set to join her new teammates.
The left-footed attacker enjoyed a spell with Tanzania's Simba Queens after leaving the shores of Ghana and played in the CAF Women's Champions League with her side two seasons ago.
She was part of Nora Hauptle's squad that secured the Black Queens qualification to the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations which has been rescheduled for 2025.
