Bel-Aqua, a leading provider of high-quality premium water, has partnered with Korle Bu Teaching Hospital to launch an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health and well-being among hospital staff.
Chris Addo-Sarkodie, Head of Marketing at Bel-Aqua, stated the significance of the partnership.

The EAP will offer essential support and resources to the dedicated staff at Korle Bu, fostering an environment where open discussions about mental health are encouraged.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Opoku Ware Ampomah, the CEO of Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, articulated the rationale behind the launch of the EAP.
“This initiative aligns with the hospital management’s duty to foster an environment where employees can thrive, enabling them to fulfil their professional duties effectively. The program is designed to provide comprehensive mental healthcare, addressing the unique challenges faced by our staff," he said.
He added; “Mental health is crucial to overall wellness and together, we can make a meaningful impact by fostering a culture of understanding and care”.
