Gideon Boako, spokesperson for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has stated that the Vice President intends to use a "common sense approach" to transform the lives of Ghanaians.
Speaking in an interview with Peace FM on Thursday, July 25, Dr. Boako emphasised that Bawumia's strategy revolves around practical and effective solutions tailored to the everyday challenges faced by the citizens.
He elaborated that the Vice President's approach is grounded in understanding the core needs of the people and implementing policies that directly address these issues.
The New Patriotic Party's (NPP), Tano North Parliamentary Candidate highlighted several initiatives that have already been launched under Bawumia's leadership, including the digitization of key government services and the introduction of mobile money interoperability.
In his view, these initiatives have simplified financial transactions and reduced bureaucracy, making it easier for Ghanaians to access essential services.
Furthermore, Dr Boako noted that Bawumia's common sense strategy is not just about technological advancements, but also about ensuring that these innovations are accessible to all Ghanaians, regardless of their socio-economic status.
In conclusion, Gideon Boako asserted that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's commitment to using practical, straightforward methods to address the country's challenges is already yielding positive results.
He also urged Ghanaians to support Dr. Bawumia's efforts to implement an efficient individualised credit scoring system in Ghana, which he believes will allow people to own more with less and pay less for more.
"Dr Bawumia thinks through policies before announcing them and I want to highlight the credit score system that he recently announced, which some people don’t seem to understand.
"They doubted him when he introduced and championed policies like Gold for Oil, drones, Sinohydro, infrastructure for bauxite etc which are all helping improve lives. He is doing this using common sense to cause a positive impact," he stated.
